Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all services, subscriptions, and custom development projects offered by Thavorath Systems Private Limited.

Email hello@thavorath.com with subject “Cancellation Request – [Your Company / Invoice #]”. Include reason and any supporting details. We aim to process within 5 business days.

4. Refunds via Payment Gateway

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment gateway processing times. You will receive a confirmation email with reference.

If we are unable to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disaster, pandemic restrictions, etc.), we will offer either a full refund of unearned amounts or credit toward future work at your choice.

Important: Because most of our engagements are custom, we strongly recommend a detailed discovery call before any payment so expectations are aligned.
