This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all services, subscriptions, and custom development projects offered by Thavorath Systems Private Limited.
1. Custom Development Projects
Because our work is custom and time-intensive, the following applies:
- Before kick-off / discovery call: Full refund of any advance received, minus any third-party costs already incurred (domain, stock assets, etc.).
- After kick-off but before first milestone delivery: 50% of total project value is non-refundable. You will receive all work completed to date.
- After first milestone delivery: No refunds. You remain responsible for the full agreed amount. We will continue delivery of remaining scope or hand over completed work.
2. Recurring / Subscription Services
If you subscribe to any ongoing hosted tools or maintenance plans:
- You may cancel at any time via email or account dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds for partial periods.
- Annual plans cancelled mid-term receive a pro-rata refund for unused full months, less a 15% administrative fee.
3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Email hello@thavorath.com with subject “Cancellation Request – [Your Company / Invoice #]”. Include reason and any supporting details. We aim to process within 5 business days.
4. Refunds via Payment Gateway
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment gateway processing times. You will receive a confirmation email with reference.
5. Exceptions
No refunds will be provided for:
- Work already delivered and accepted
- Third-party services purchased on your behalf (licenses, hosting, APIs)
- Change requests that materially expand scope (these are billed separately)
- Delays caused by you (missing feedback, data, or approvals)
6. Force Majeure & Client-Side Termination
If we are unable to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disaster, pandemic restrictions, etc.), we will offer either a full refund of unearned amounts or credit toward future work at your choice.
