For urgent payment or gateway related issues, please include “URGENT – Payment” in the subject line.
What to Include in Your Request
- Your registered business name and GSTIN (if applicable)
- Order / Invoice number or project reference
- Description of the issue with screenshots or error logs where possible
- Preferred callback time (if you would like a call)
Escalation
If you do not receive a response within the stated time, please reply to the same thread with “ESCALATE” in the subject. Our operations lead will personally review the ticket.
